Before your visit
Service Terms
Last updated: October 2, 2026
NavNet provides individual, on-site home tech support. These terms explain what to expect when requesting an appointment or paying online. Questions? Email [email protected].
By checking the agreement box, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. NavNet records the acknowledgement, server timestamp, terms revision, and a copy of these terms linked to your request or payment order. Acceptance does not establish that an unpaid balance is valid or waive any non-waivable rights.
Visits and availability
Selecting a date or time is an unpaid request, not a confirmed appointment. NavNet will offer a time and a quote for you to accept. Payment is requested only after both you and NavNet accept the appointment and the Calendar booking is confirmed. I will let you know if an issue is outside the scope of the selected package or needs more time, equipment, a provider's help, or a separate visit.
Prices and travel
Package and service prices are displayed before checkout. Travel pricing is based on the service address and is shown with your order before you pay; the on-page travel checker is an estimate. Premium travel savings and any eligible discount codes apply as described at checkout. Only one coupon can be used per order. The final payable amount is the amount displayed on the secure payment page before you submit payment.
Access and care of your devices
You must be authorized to let me work on the equipment and accounts involved. Please keep a current backup of important files before a visit when possible. If you’re not sure how to back up your files, I’ll be happy to help you work through it. You remain in control of your passwords and payment details. I will explain proposed changes and ask before taking steps that may affect your settings or data. Technology varies, so a particular speed, coverage level, or fix cannot be guaranteed.
Changes, cancellations, and payment questions
If you need to change or cancel a visit, please send a change or cancellation request as soon as you can. I will confirm any change personally; the request alone does not change your booking. If you have a concern about a payment, a service, or a refund, email [email protected] so I can review the specific situation. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by this page.

Service Agreement
NavNet provides the home technology services identified in your selected package or service order. Requests do not require payment. After both parties accept the appointment date, time, and quote and the Calendar booking is confirmed, NavNet provides a secure payment link. Payment is due before work begins. Changes to the agreed scope or price require your approval.
- Services may include Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting, router security, device and printer setup, computer cleanup, malware checks, and practical technology guidance, as specified in your order.
- You must provide accurate contact, service-address, and equipment information; authorized access to the equipment and accounts; and reasonable cooperation during the visit.
- You are responsible for backing up important data and arranging any necessary account-owner, property-owner, or service-provider permissions.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics are performed on a best-effort basis. A particular repair, speed, coverage level, or outcome is not guaranteed; additional equipment or third-party assistance may be necessary.
Once authorized service has begun, service fees are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund Policy
NavNet does not provide discretionary refunds for authorized services once work has begun or for completed services. Troubleshooting, diagnostics, a changed preference, or an unresolved issue do not by themselves create a refund entitlement when the agreed work was performed.
If NavNet's work directly causes substantial damage to your equipment or data, promptly contact [email protected] with the relevant details. NavNet will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund depending on responsibility and applicable law.
This policy does not exclude legally required refunds, remedies for services not provided as agreed, unauthorized charges, billing errors, or other non-waivable consumer rights. Cancellation and travel fees apply only as disclosed and legally permitted. Merely submitting an unaccepted appointment request does not create a service fee or collections balance.
Chargeback Policy
You agree not to initiate an unjustified chargeback for authorized services that NavNet has completed in accordance with your order. Please contact [email protected] first so a service or payment concern can be reviewed.
- An unjustified chargeback for completed, authorized services may constitute a breach of this agreement.
- Where legally permitted, a breach may result in suspension of future service and recovery of a valid outstanding balance.
- Nothing in this policy waives rights concerning unauthorized payments, billing errors, fraud, or other disputes protected by applicable law or payment-network rules.
Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment begins. Use the appointment management form or email [email protected]. NavNet will confirm receipt and the cancellation outcome.
- Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments incur the full agreed service fee, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- An appointment may be treated as missed if the technician cannot obtain the agreed access to the property, equipment, or authorized customer.
- Travel fees are non-refundable once the technician is en route, except where applicable law requires a refund.
A timely cancellation does not override the separately disclosed travel-fee policy. NavNet will review any legally required refund or exceptional circumstances individually.
Travel Fee Policy
Travel fees are calculated using the distance tiers applicable to your service address. The travel charge, including any eligible package savings, is shown separately from service fees before payment.
- The applicable distance tier and final travel fee are disclosed during checkout; an on-page travel estimate is not the final payable quote.
- By accepting the order, you acknowledge that travel fees are separate from the price of the technology service.
- Travel fees are due upfront and are non-refundable, including after the technician begins traveling, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- Changes to the service address may require a revised quote and your approval before additional charges are made.
Collections Clause
Valid unpaid balances may be referred to a third-party collections agency or pursued through other lawful recovery procedures, subject to applicable notice, dispute, and consumer-protection requirements.
- You are responsible for reasonable, documented additional recovery costs only where this agreement and applicable law permit those costs to be charged.
- NavNet and any collection provider must comply with applicable debt-collection and consumer-protection law.
- Checking an agreement checkbox, when provided, or submitting payment after these terms have been clearly presented constitutes electronic acceptance of this agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Electronic acceptance does not waive non-waivable statutory rights or make an otherwise unlawful term enforceable.
